Our Team

SarahSarah Schneider, MA, LPC, CMHIMP

I’m so glad you are here!

My work centers around adults of all ages and children as young as five years old looking to heal from depression, anxiety, and other mood changes that can happen throughout life. I have over ten years of experience providing evidence-based, individualized services to children, adolescents, and adults. My passion has always been helping others; the longer I am in the field, the more this passion flourishes. I enjoy seeing my clients’ transformation and healing!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), which means I help you find ways out of suffering or confusion and into wellness. I specialize in integrative psychotherapy, drawing on scientifically proven methods from psychology, neuroscience, and integrative medicine to foster physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In our sessions, I use empathy, compassion, and insight in addition to my education and training to guide your healing.

My style of working with people is very down-to-earth, holistic, and gentle. I have a very warm and uplifting spirit that I use to encourage you through your life journey. I create an environment where you are free to find the truth that is within you. We’ll begin where you are and feel most comfortable.

I’ll guide you toward self-actualization by making step-by-step changes to your beliefs, thoughts, and self-care behaviors at a comfortable and sustainable pace.

MeganMegan Williams, MS, LPSC, LPC-IT

I am a firm believer in the power of the stories that we tell about ourselves and our experiences. These stories inform our worldview, how we interact with others, and how we view ourselves. I am passionate about helping clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns that make it difficult to cope on their own. Using exploration, reflection, and evaluation, I aim to help clients uncover their strengths, develop coping skills, and discover outside supports. My approach to marriage and couples counseling is focused on assessing and building communication skills to help restore the emotional bond in the relationship.

We will work together using techniques designed to help you process the feelings, thoughts, actions, values, and beliefs that are a part of your current story. Throughout this process, we will examine your goals, strengths, and resources, working to assess areas that you believe to be sufficient and areas that require some maintenance to help you feel whole.

Ultimately, I believe that the goal of therapy is the development of a renewed sense of identity and purpose.

My goal is to help clients and couples author a story that highlights their innate strengths and skills.

Sarayu

Sarayu Meraki, MS, LPC-IT, NARM® Master Therapist*

I am a pre-licensed professional counselor in training (LPC-IT) and a graduate of Mount Mary University (Milwaukee, WI). I am also a certified NeuroAffective Relational Model™ (NARM®) Practitioner and believe that healing happens by redefining how you relate to yourself, your coping strategies, and your beliefs about who you are and what you want for yourself.

I will compassionately challenge you to be curious about what’s getting in the way of what your heart truly wants. I strongly believe that many of our symptoms – anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, sleep issues, digestive issues, physical pain, and more – are our body’s signs of something deeper. One of the greatest human desires is for connection and belonging. Yet that desire is also sometimes our greatest fear.

Whether you’re struggling through a loss or life transition – or simply longing for something different – our work will be about creating space to slow down and support ways to hold the complexity of life.

My hope is that you will not only find relief from your symptoms but also holistically heal and grow beyond them.

NARM® TRAINING INSTITUTE IS NEITHER A REGULATORY NOR LICENSING ORGANIZATION AND THEREFORE NOT SANCTIONED TO CERTIFY, LICENSE, OR OTHERWISE BESTOW THE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO PRACTICE AS A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. A NARM® [THERAPIST/PRACTITIONER] IS A PERSON THAT HAS COMPLETED THE NARM® PRACTITIONER TRAINING. FIND ME IN THE DIRECTORY HERE.

Seeking help to prioritize yourself and your needs can be intimidating. For many, it is a completely new experience. As you embark on this journey towards healing and self-growth, I am honored to offer you support every step of the way. My main focus is creating a supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential space that is tailored to best support you and your needs.

My approach to therapy is relationship-focused, holistic, and strengths-based. In our work together, we will identify goals you have and collaborate on how we can get you there. As you continue through the therapeutic process, we will adjust our plan as needed to best suit your needs and life circumstances. Along the way, we will be sure to celebrate your effort and personal growth as we continue to strive towards you becoming your best self.

In my work, I tend to utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches and adjust as needed to effectively support each unique client. The approaches I rely heavily upon include Person-Centered Theory, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, strength-based approaches, as well as Attachment Theory. I also use a technique called Brainspotting, a powerful tool that goes beyond traditional talk therapy to relieve the mind and body of pent-up stress and trauma. I love to incorporate techniques based on your interest and comfortability, such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, music, etc. It is crucial for the therapeutic space to feel like yours- I will meet you where you are and help create an environment that encourages healing and personal growth.

I am so proud of you for taking the first steps towards healing, and I look forward to supporting you on this exciting journey!

Christine Gallo Schneider Headshots

Christine Gallo, Clinical Counseling Intern

I am in my final year of the Master’s in Counseling program at Mount Mary in the Milwaukee area. I believe there is nothing “wrong” with any of us, we just need support, understanding, and caring to help untangle what may not feel good in our lives. More than just finding ways to cope, counseling can help you relate to yourself and others in a way that celebrates your strengths and honors your needs.

My style of counseling is warm, caring, curious, and accepting. I am here to understand how your see and move through the world, and to explore the challenges you face. The relationship we create is a foundation of trust, respect, and belonging. You deserve to feel safe to fully express yourself without feeling dismissed or judged. Your sessions are yours, which means we can adjust to find a style and activities that work for you.

My hope is that you come away from counseling feeling present, purposeful, and capable of handling the rhythms of your life.

Justin Clemens, Life Coach

Hello and welcome! My name is Justin, and I am so glad you are here.

Do you feel like you’re stuck in your mind? Do you have doubts about which direction to go professionally, in your relationship, with your friends, or even with your family? How about your perception of others and, most importantly, yourself?

I can help! I am currently a full-time police officer with over 7.5 years of experience in three different areas of Wisconsin. I have worked with a wide variety of people. I wear many different hats, work with all kinds of populations, and assume multiple roles daily, depending on the situation.

Through life coaching, I offer my personal and professional experiences to make YOU a better YOU. To be fulfilled and happy, I believe we must understand our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs – that we must do that before we can fully commit to our jobs, relationships, kids, or families.

But once you take a hard look at yourself in the mirror, you’ll succeed and live your best life!
